Separate won revenue, open pipeline, margin, confidence and evidence source for every outcome.

  1. 1Record one row per conversion event (sale, qualified lead, appointment).
  2. 2Set status (open / won / lost) and revenue or pipeline value.
  3. 3Tag the evidence source: directly measured, rule-attributed or estimated.
  4. 4Link to lead and campaign so attribution can credit the right touchpoints.

Tip: Lower the confidence score for offline-assisted conversions to keep reports defensible.
