How to use Channels

Maintain the inventory of digital, offline and hybrid channels with their default evidence type.

  1. 1Add one channel per real touchpoint (e.g. LinkedIn, Fairs, Print).
  2. 2Set the group: digital, offline or hybrid — it drives the evidence default.
  3. 3Choose the default evidence type (measured / attributed / estimated).
  4. 4Use channels to filter Reports and to attach campaigns and tracking assets.

Tip: Keep channel names stable: they appear across reports, filters and exports.
