How to use Channels
Maintain the inventory of digital, offline and hybrid channels with their default evidence type.
- 1Add one channel per real touchpoint (e.g. LinkedIn, Fairs, Print).
- 2Set the group: digital, offline or hybrid — it drives the evidence default.
- 3Choose the default evidence type (measured / attributed / estimated).
- 4Use channels to filter Reports and to attach campaigns and tracking assets.
Tip: Keep channel names stable: they appear across reports, filters and exports.
